Founded in 1981 by Jerry Lathan, The Lathan Company is headquartered in historic Mobile, Alabama. In 2007/08, The Lathan Company managed over 15 projects totaling over $19M with completely accident-free job sites. Your Historic property requires the specialized skills our staff has acquired over numerous years in completing a variety of diverse projects. It takes a knowledgeable hand to correctly restore the type of specialized masonry or slate roofing system The Lathan Company reconditions every day.

In addition, Lathan continues to provide quality roof systems using a variety of materials and processes, including sheet metal, copper, modified bitumen, built-up roofs and shingles. The Lathan Company is a member of several professional organizations including the National Roofing Contractors Association and participates annually in the Traditional Building Exhibition and Conference, which highlights the work of historic restoration and renovation professionals.
